I'm Disappointed!

I just finished my driving lessons. I'm still having a hard time driving. I don't know if I'm just being so hard on myself. Pero when I practice nagkakaron ng time na namamatayan pa din ako ng engine. :( :( So sad talaga. Now I regret why I didn't get an automatic transmission car. Ang hirap ng manual! :( I'm soo eager pa naman of bringing my car and go around on my own. Pero I'm losing my confidence already with manual transmission car. :( I hope I can bring back all the guts that I have. Hayyy....

I terribly miss blogging! Actually, I forgot my password that's why it took me months before I could start posting again. There are so much to blog the past months...

- I already started my formal class in the HR Academy with Ateneo CORD. So far so good, but I must say that our classmates are so competitive. Well honestly, I'm not like that...I'm more on the quiet type student who just listens and excel in exams. But here in HR Academy, I can't be like that. We should be pro active and share our insights always. I'm trying really hard to adjust now.
- Jeg has been good in class I mean smart and bright kid talaga. Sorry I need to brag about my son.. love your own! LOL! During his first grading exams, he only had 3mistakes all in all. While the second grading, he got perfect score in all the subjects. Aren't you going to be proud of him?!
- Finally! I have already applied for driving school in A1. LOL! My dad bought me a new car so I'm forced to study driving. Well, for my own good na rin naman. But the husband was kinda sad knowing that I can now drive on my own coz it means more lakwatsa na daw ako. Wala pa nga akong car grabe na din gimik ko what more kung meron. LOL! Side kwento : When Songs was not feeling well when we were going to SM Southmall, we had to call my BIL to drive us to Asian Hospital. Kaya this incident also made me decide to study driving na. Kse ang tagal dumating ni BIL siguro 30mins pa.. kung super na high blood si songs dyos ko ewan ko na lang what happened to him!
- I have been going on gimik the past month with my highschool friends. Parang dalaga ito.. Weekly inuman. Buti na lang my husband is so understanding that he lets me go out since my friend just arrived from the US. But this month, once a month na lang coz our friend left na.
- The husband has been very busy with his work. We are so blessed because of the continuous projects he's been getting. Kaya lang mas stressful lang for him. I have been convincing him to migrate to Oz na. Pero ayaw talaga. Oh well, in God's time. :)
- I have been busy with work as always. I sometimes think of transferring to a new group to try new work and challenge. Maybe I'm somewhat bored already with my work. I mean auto-pilot na kse ang work ko. You can really determine your peak and slack days. I have discussed this with my Lead and she's open with it. Whatever will make me happy daw. I'm thinking of transferring to Compensation and Benefits Planning Team but my apprehension is OT. There is more OT in that group because you deal with the Global Team which means different time zones. Well, I'm just praying and asking for God's sign.
- I miss blog hopping! I miss calipanga get together!

And oh, we'll be turning 5 this November 8. Happy Anniv Love! Love you soo much!! :)

I just had to post this... The 1st day, he wore civilian because it was still an orientation and warm up for the kids.

The 2nd day, here's the little boy before going to school. He looks really excited.

And when he went home.. he had this.....

The teacher asked his name and he answered smartly that's why he received a star! Well, I'm just one proud momma! :)

I have been MIA (missing in action) for the past weeks. As usual, same reason.. swamped with work. I'll be starting my school on thursday, June 5. Wish me luck! The little boy will start on June 10. I hope he'll enjoy being in school. What a blessing also, we just found out that the owner of the school is also a sister. We belong to the same community. This makes us more at peace because we know that the values that the school have is in line with ours.

Due to stress and pressure, I'm back with my bisyo.. bad bad bad! I quit smoking before we got married. But since m soooo stressed and pressured with work and school, I need an outlet! Ayaw ko naman idaan sa kain kse I already lost 10lbs. Sayang naman ang hardwork ko sa pagdiet and gym. LOL!

For the next weeks, I can't promise that I will be able to update this blog. huhuhuhu.. MIA muna ako for the meantime. :)

How have I been?

Just want to give update in bullet points:

- I'm swamped with work because of the May 31 payroll and 14th month pay.
- I don't have a yaya so my weekend is super busy because I have to take care of the super active toddler Jeg. Yaya is having a vacation for 3 weeks and will be back on 31st. Can't wait!
- I haven't started with school. Hopefully, June.
- I've already enrolled Jeg in the Village Pre-School. The school where i actually graduated from Nursery and Kinder.
- I still have to shop for the school supplies of Jeg. The little boy is super excited!
- I'm back to my pre-pregnancy weight! I'm already 98lbs! wooohooo!! My officemates keeps on telling me that I really lost weight. (thank you! mwah!)
- The husband also lost 5lbs! Galing! it's really an achievement for him kse he's having a hard time controlling his food intake.
- We'll have a calipanga get together on Sunday for buding's bday. I'm excited for this coz I miss the gang so much!

Seize the Day

This was our motto in highschool.. Seize the Day! Let Go Let God :) And so I'm now seizing the opportunity of our good office for the HR Academy. Our school starts on May at Ateneo Rockwell. For the first two months, our schedule is so tight since we'll be in school for 2 hrs after work. And after that, our class will be every friday. No need to go to work. We have a charge number for that! Yipee! I'm just so grateful for our leads that they chose me to be in the first batch. I'm looking forward to learn and enhance my skill as HR Professional. I'm so excited with the challenges in school, work and family. I know God will guide me with this endeavor.
Oh and the leads promised us that they will unload some of our work to concentrate and have fun in our school. Great! I love being in this company! They really value the people! :)

HR Academy

I have been chosen by the big bosses to undergo the HR Academy of our office. This is a 2 curriculum good for 17 months. Parang scholar ka ng office but the catch is may bond if you will leave within a year after you have completed the curriculum. And of course, you have to meet the other requirements like grades, performance rating etc.. I am lucky because i will be in the first batch. First roll-out ito dito sa Philippines. This is also in preparation for a higher level in the organization. I just discussed this with hubby and we have to consider so many things here. Baka kse mag suffer ang family and output ko sa work. Talk about time management! I will include this in my prayer. I have to ask guidance from Him coz if I will accept this ang daming affected. But also I'm torn because I don't want to pass this opportunity din.

Sis Juls, I need your thoughts kse nag-aaral ka din... di ba mahirap? :)

Anorexic

I think I'm already anorexic..everytime I eat it's either i throw up or the food will go out down under... Actually, I dont like this feeling. Hassle! And it makes me weak. Dahil ata ito sa diet eh. Nasanay na ang stomach ko na konti lang kinakain so when I eat too much ayan na.. actually miski small amount of food lang nilalabas ko na. I'm going to the doctor tomorrow coz I find this abnormal. Mas gusto ko pa ata lumamon na lang ulit kesa yung ganito na ayaw ko ng kumain kse nga nilalabas ko din. Ohhhh.. and I'm NOT pregnant naman! Sabi nga ni hubby, at least malayo ako sa colon cancer kse lahat nilalabas ko. LOL! I just hope and pray that nothing serious ito.

I've been very busy this week because my boss is not around. So I'm the OIC in the team. She's on leave for two weeks..

Anyways, just want to make a recap of what has happened the past week and will happen next week.

- we went to Munting Buhangin last weekend with in-laws. The beach was clean but the facilities was bad! as in! we stayed there overnight. We got a room with aircon. Guess what?! Ang liit! as in! Malaki pa yung CR! Gosh! We were not comfortable with the room. :(

- My brother arrived yesterday from Ireland. He'll be here for one month. Of course I got Euro as pasalubong! hehehe! Moolahh for shopping!

- Yesterday was our last day of our Formation Course 1 in our community. I'm not sure if I'll pass the course coz I had 7 absences. Tsk Tsk Tsk! But we are serious with our commitment with Him and with the Community. The last session was about managing our finances... tithe.. and living a simple lifestyle. :) This will really be the challenge for me coz I'm one hell of a shopaholic! I should cut the unnecessary shopping. I have to discipline myself with the NEED and WANT. And we have to do our budget sheet. Hubby and I are not the typical couple who surrender their money to the wife. His money is my money while my money is my money alone. LOL! Now with the community, we have to change that and have a budget sheet to include our Tithe to the community. :)

- I think I still owe Juliet and Tet for the tags. Sorry sisses, I broke my promise. Super busy lang talaga. Though I've not been blogging but I'm still doing the bloghopping. :)

- Next week, I will go to Jeg's school to pay the tuition and order uniform. Good News! My brother is kind enough to shoulder the school bag of Jeg. Hehehe! Sympre the only nephew noh! :) Akala ko nga tuition ang isho-shoulder nya eh! Abuso naman daw ako! He has 3 kids and all are studying. Kawawa naman siya sa tuition! hehehe

- Next week will again be busy with work because Payroll week again! This time for April 30 payout.

Too Late

Too late that I regret not enrolling Jeg last year in pre-school. I was informed by Teacher Mina that Jeg is "alanganin" in Nursery. He's 3yo but turning 4 in July. So it means he's already 4yo and still in Nursery. She also informed me that for big school they usually accept 6yo for Grade 1. I think this is the new policy and i didn't know that or I didn't researched for that. Kse naman during my time, 7yo is Grade 1. Our option na lang would be, Summer Class on 2009 yung Kinder and then June 2009 Prep. But my problem is hindi kaya exhausted na si Jeg sa pag-aaral?! Baka I'm forcing him too much. :( According to hubby, it's not a problem and it's ok kung late. Better yun kse for boys madali daw magsawa mag-aral. But the good news is, Don Bosco and La Salle Zobel are accepting 7yo for Grade 1 and this is one of our choices for big school.

Boracay Kwento and Pix

We went to Boracay last Feb 24 - 26 with brother in-law and wife, sis in-law and boyfriend. The vacation was actually the gift of hubby to the newlyweds (BIL & wife) singgit lang kami ni hubby and SIL. We stayed at Escondido Hotel in Station 1. It is not the beach front but walking distance lang sya. It is located at back near the main road.

DAY 1
We took the 830am flight of SeaAir and arrived at Bora around 1030am. We went to the hotel and since our check-in time was 12noon we opted to have lunch first. We had lunch at the Smoke,D'Palengke. The lunch was cheap pero super sarap and even the foreigners dun kumakain. We also strolled at the D'mall to shop and had Crazy Crepe for dessert. In the afternoon, we went back to the hotel to fix our things and changed our swimsuit attire. We just explored Station 1 and Station 2 and had merienda sa famous Jonah's Fruit Shake. My verdict with the shake, nothing special! LOL! Para lang syang Fruitas. hehehe. For dinner, we had a free dinner at Zuzuni. Yummy and sulit again! Then, we bar hopped from Bom Bom Bar, Station 2 to have some beer then to Club Paraw in Station 1 to have pizza and beer again. During our first night, it rained. So sayang kaya we went back to the hotel early around 930pm.

DAY 2

We went parawsailing. We toured the beach and had lunch in a secluded island. Super maalon sya and scary. If i wasn't holding sa kawayan nahulog na ako when there was a big wave that hit me. Dito ako todo umitim because uminit na siya. We also went to Nami and forgot the other beach..D__ something! LOL! We went down the boat sa Station 3 and walked all the way to Station 1. Kapagod! Pero ok lang, excerise din. Dinner time, we just ate at Mang Inasal in D'Mall and hubby and I had a massage by the beach.

DAY 3

Our last day! :( We went swimming and rented an ATV for 1 hr. We used the bug car and went to Mt. Luho. Mt. Luho is breathtaking! as in and there's a mini zoo. Hubby was able to feed the monkeys. Ako di ko ginawa, takot ako! LOL! We were able to view the boracay island. Ang lamig dito! Kaka relax! Hubby enjoyed the bug car kse rough road. Gusto pa nila mag racing ni BIL pero bawal. Hehehe.. After an hour, we went back to the hotel to prepare our things since we need to leave the hotel around 2pm for our 430pm flight. We just had lunch at D'mall and did a last minute shopping. Too bad, our flight was delayed for 30mins. Sayang! we could've stayed to stroll and shop pa sana.

At Mt Luho, with Joseph, Kisses and Hubby. My SIL and boyfriend didn't joined us because they went to Laguna De Boracay to see the other side of Station 2.

All in all, we had a great time in Boracay! Hubby and I had the time to bond and relax. We promised ourselves to be back with Jeg this time. I'm sure he will enjoy the beach and the sand.

1. I'm very impatient. Most especially when hubby keeps on repeating his questions 5 times na sinagot ko na. For me, just ask me once and that's it!

2. I love watching teleserye and tagalog movies! LOL! Lalo na if SAM MILBY is the lead actor. And i don't want to be disturbed when I'm watching.

3. I can sleep 14 hours straight with no headaches when i wake up.

4. I work best when I'm pressured! LOL! But of course, I always send the reports on time. Mas enjoy ako pag kinukulit ako ng boss ko. HEHE!

5. I easily throw tantrums when I'm hungry! As in di ako makakausap kse naka-salubong na kilay ko!

6. I can watch a movie ALONE even if love story siya and everybody has a partner in the movie house!

Yes, this is true.. I'm such a jologs.. Last Sunday, I watched ASAP live with my balikbayan friends. We were such a VIP because the brother of my friend works at ABSCBN Global so he has the connections in the Manila Office. We were seated beside the stage... for those of you who don't know, I super HEART SAM MILBY!!!! LOL! As in, i watched all of his movies, teleserye, concerts etc. I already saw him twice because I watched heartthrobs the concert and Papa P's concert. But when I saw him again in ASAP, I was star struck! As in! Parang first time ko syang nakita. LOL! We also had the chance to have a picture with him. And what a coincidence, after ASAP we went to Trinoma for lunch, I saw him again at Conti's. Again, ang nasabi ko lang was "Hi Sam!"!! As in nanigas ako sa chair ko! We planned pa naman na magpa picture ulit kaya lang I was not able to stand kse nga na-star struck na naman ako! LOL! Ang gwapo kseng bata eh! hehehe I will post the pictures as soon as my friend sends it to me.

Last saturday, it was brother in law's wedding of course, Jeg was the ring bearer and I was so proud of him because he was not cranky! He walked on his own and was very excited to wear his barong. We didn't had a hard time convincing him to walk coz we made him anticipate na of the event and kept on reminding him that he will walk with the pillow. And nag pa-practice din sila sa house ng daddy and tatay nya. LOL!

I must say that he is one handsome boy! Abangan nyong lumaki ang anak ko! LOL! sympre love your own! :) I will post the pics later coz I'm still asking hubby to send it to my email.

Oh and I was the coordinator cum runner! LOL! Well, BIL didn't have a professional coordinator because they are on a budget. Being in W@W, helped me to become OC in the wedding pero during our wedding I was not that OC.. right, Jody?! LOL! Their wedding was simple yet elegant. Simple details lang and the couple doesn't want mushy program in the reception so it was totally a bliss. Pero ha, kakapagod talaga maging coordinator! I was dead tired after the wedding! I needed a foot massage kaagad! LOL!

Regarding weight loss, I already lost 8lbs! yipee! I'm almost there with my pre-pregnancy weight! This is in preparation for our Bora vacation on feb 22 - 25! Trip ko mag 2 pc! lakas ng loob noh!?! LOL

New Business

Hubby and I have been contemplating on putting up a new business. Our main reason is for me to finally resign from work. Actually ang complain ko lang with my work is that I don't go home early. Earliest na siguro yung 8pm and happy na si hubby nun. If payroll season, inaabot ako ng 11pm sa work. And it's not healthy for the family kse weekend lang talaga ako nakakapag spend time with Jeg and hubby. I'm just lucky to have a yaya who's super tyaga to Jeg and teaches him everything! As in parang tutor cum yaya na siya. She was able to teach Jeg read the alphabet, numbers and write the letters! Odiba?! I can't do that! LOL

To my friends, hope you can suggest a business! Please!! LOL! Requirements ko lang naman.. sana di ganon ka laki yung capital, wouldn't take much of my time - supervision lang kumbaga, and yung walang lugi! hehehe... ;)

Laptop

The husband lost his laptop yesterday afternoon!! :( They broke the window of the car and got his laptop.. inside the laptop bag are the back up files and check book.. hayyyy... naloka ako when hubby called ako yung natulala and kept on analyzing what happened. It went so fast daw... they were in the car na and realized to go back inside Wilcon Depot so he asked the driver to turn off the car and went down. In just 10mins, when they came back the window of the car was broken! No more laptop bag! Very ironic pa, coz there are guards near the car... hmmmm.. i know! masama mag isip pero wala lang... And when they went to the police station, marami na ring nag rereport ng ganong incident. Uso pala! Hayy! Malas namin! Maybe its a sign coz hubby has been bugging me that he wants a mac, replacement daw ng laptop nya. Naku, not now! We just finished the holidays and di pa nakakasave ulit.

Heto pa, when i was in the office I was so praning na the robbers will be able to access our personal files.. our home address, phone numbers and picturesss... pero come to think of it.. they dont care with the data. They are just after the laptop for money! Kaya safe pa din ang personal info namin! I hope!!!

As of this writing, hubby is in the mall looking for a new laptop.. praying na lang ako na sana hindi naman mac ang bilhin kse ang mahal nun! and no budget for that pa! :)

I will just pray for the robbers! Sana makatulong yung money sa kanila! :) I believe that God is really good pa rin coz nothing happened to hubby and the driver. Material thing lang yan.. :)

Last saturday was the xmas party cum despedida cum welcome party of my college friends. We had dinner at Krocodile Greenbelt. I had to admit that since highschool and college umiinom and nagssmoke ako. But when I got married tinigil ko lahat yun. So for more than 4 yrs nde na ako umiinom. My college friends were teasing me to drink tequila coz ito talaga ang iniinom ko. Medyo malakas akong uminom ng tequila nung college.. sshhhhh... pero nung saturday i tried vodka cruiser. Aba! masarap pala! pero grabe tinamaan ako!!!! Di na ako marunong uminom ng alcohol! hahahaha.. I was red and tipsy na agad with one bottle. Hubby kept on reminding me sa text na baka malasing ako.. hayun na nga! Buti na lang i kept on drinking water para ma-ihi agad and mawala ang lasing ko. After that, we had coffee para mawala lahat ng tama namin.. hehehe..

Eventhough I got drunk I really enjoyed our get together! It was really fun and full of kwento. I'll post our pix pag nakuha ko na sa kanila :) 'Til our next get together... sa wedding ni Honeylet on Jan 4th. :)

I'm back! Oh well, super dooper harassed lang with work that's why I didn't have the time to blog for one month! Ang tagal grabe! sobrang dami ng nangyari that i dunno what to blog na.. hehehehe I super miss blogging! kaya nga even if lunch time and busy.. I really want to take time to blog.

November and December is our busy month in work.. kse 13th month pay and tax annualization.. some of you might not know that i'm with hr handling payroll kaya super daming work. And one of my teammate gave birth and no one replaced her so super daming work as in lahat kami sa team nasusuka na sa work. Very seldom yung makauwi kami ng 630pm.. as in himala yun! Everyday OT. With this, super guilty ako with Jeg coz no time for him. Even on long weekend pumapasok ako. Last night, I went home with my dad around 1030pm and mega sermon sya sa akin about work. He told me that I should render overtime max na yung 2 hrs. And kawawa daw si Jeg na the whole day wala ako sa bahay and sa gabi di ko pa siya nakikita. Sa morning ko lang siya nakakasama pag hinahatid ako sa shuttle around 45 mins max na. Super deprived na si Jeg sa quality time ko. waaaahhhh.... As I blog naiiyak ako kse super nalulungkot ako sa nangyayari. Sino ba naman may gustong mag overtime?! If i can work lang ng 8hrs, I will really do it! Ganon ang principle ko ever since. Work can wait 'til the next day. In my previous company, I can leave exactly 530pm. Dito hindi wahhhh.... As in, 8 hrs is not enough with my workload. Greater responsibility na kse ngayon. hayyy.... I'm just thinking that this too shall pass... after ng november and december.. i hope i can go home early pag di payroll period.

How's everybody? Have you started your xmas shopping? Ako, not yet! Actually, meron pala pero for Jeg pa lang.. I bought him lacoste polo shirt, guess pants and another crocs for xmas. And ang akala niya pangbahay ang bago nyang crocs! ay sus! For the relatives, friends and inaanak wala pa akong nabibili. I hope i can do that this weekend. I want to finish everything na para Yaya can start wrapping the gifts.

Pansin nyo ang gulo ng post ko?! hehehe.. Adik kse ako ngayon kaya ganito.. sorry naman :)

Brother or Sister...

Hubby and I have been discussing about our plans of having another baby. We started asking Jeg muna parang preparation na rin for him.

Here's our conversation ..

Mommy : Jeg, do you want a baby brother?
Jeg : No, baby brother! (galit na tono!)
Mommy : Jeg, do you want a baby sister?
Jeg : No, baby sister! Jeg only baby ni mommy!
Mommy : Jeg, do you want to be a kuya?
Jeg : No, baby. I'm not a kuya!

Ayun.. patay na! He doesn't want to have a sibling. Just an fyi, Jeg is super seloso! When hubby and I hugged each other.. nagagalit and would make papansin and tell me na i should hug him also.

Inisip na lang namin ni hubby na it's too early for him to know the concept ng sibling. And he's fond of being a brat kse with the nanay and tatay (grandparents). Oh well, we'll just pray for this! I know darating din yung time na gusto nya ng kapatid... we'll just have to wait when everybody is ready. :)

Long Weekend....

The long weekend was spent in Bulacan and Cavite (in-laws).

Nov 1 - Pader(ito ang tawag ko sa dad ko), yaya, me and Jeg went to Bulacan to visit my inang, tatang, mama junior (read as : tito - this is our term in Bulacan), mama boyet and cousin kenneth in the cementery while hubby went to Cavite to visit his family. As usual, jeg was super kulit in the cementery and super humid that day. Kaya we just stayed in Bulacan for 4 hours then went back to Manila na.

Nov 2 - Hubby, yaya and me went to Cavite to visit my father in-law. My father in-law is sick kse and cannot walk due to athritis :( So as much as possible if we have time we visit him talaga kse he gets bored in the room. Si jeg lang yung nagpapasaya sa kanya. One of the fave apo kse.

Nov 3 - We just stayed at home to relax and rest...

Nov 4 - We went to Cavite again for the bday celebration of Miguel. The eldest apo.. and super kamukha ni Songs. Sayang i don't have pictures.. tamad kse ako magdala ng digicam. hehehe...And the good news about this day... everybody was shocked when my father in-law was able to walk and was calling us from upstairs. All of us were soooo happy! he is really determined to walk kse nga super bored na sya. And according to him, tolerable na yung pain sa knees kaya he tried to walk. Thank God for this! :)

that was our long weekend recap.... next celebration for our family is my mom's bday on the 18th. First time nya magpa-party! :)

Wedding Anniversary at kung ano ano...

Our wedding anniversary is fast approaching.. wala pa kaming plano kung pano ice-celebrate. But i already bought a gift for hubby. Actually, anniv and xmas gift yun ..hehehe kurips! mahal din kse sya in fairness. And i'm really saving for it. Next year, 5th year anniv na namin.. time flies sooo fast.... And dapat yung celebration next year bongga... hehehe..

anyways, i'm blogging dito sa office.. i have to wait for our master data to be uploaded in our payroll system. So to kill time.. magbblog muna ako.. hehehehe... oh and by the way, after waiting for the data.. i'm off to the validation which will take loooonnnnggg hourss.... so, it means that i have to stay in the office until the weeee hourss.. good luck sa akin! I have to wake up pa naman tomorrow ng 8am coz we will be bringing Jeg sa park ng Mahogany Place. Oh well, that's love sa anakis!

i'm super excited to try this hobby... i've been blog hopping for the past months and decided to have one.
